The New York Times' Michael Wilson has profiled Fox & Friends Weekend co-host, Alisyn Camerota's Sunday routine. Camerota, who lives with her husband and three children in Upper West Side New York starts her Sunday morning at 3am, going to air on the Fox News Channel at 6am.
Wilson chronicles Camerota's timeline;
SHOCKED AWAKE My alarm goes off at 3 a.m., and every single Sunday, I’m shocked and surprised by that — like I don’t know what the racket is in my bedroom.
PREDAWN MEETING The car comes to get me at 3:30, and I’m in my first morning meeting at 4 a.m., where the producers, anchors and I figure out what we’re going to do with our four-hour marathon show. We figure out what we like, what our talking points are going to be.
LIGHTS, CAMERA At 6 a.m. the show starts, and for the next four hours I’m basically on the set virtually without moving.
