Normally, Bloomberg's European local language channels, such as the one in Germany, would be showing german-language output, but for quite a while now, there has been no German language output at all on the network. So, reading between the lines, and not recieving any official clarification, infact, recieving nothing from Bloomberg at all, despite many requests, it would seem that Europe has now switched to a single output from London. Coupled to this that the English Language service in Europe is already serving up more asian and american programming than before, leads me to think that we could be nearing the Bloomberg goal of one single output worldwide.
On another note, Bloomberg continue to get one up on CNBC in Europe by showing live programming from Asian trading, whilst CNBC Europe show Poker... The number of times I mention this, but still, CNBC obviously want to make money before doing what they are there to do. Their loss, I'm watching Bloomberg again tonight.
